Tessa worked her creative magic with the Nordic Thanks stamp set when she made this beauty. The base is white cardstock with the alt for Norge stamp repeatedly stamped with embossing ink and heat embossed. The girl was stamped in black in, colored with alcohol markers and then fussy cut. The white embossed panel was mounted on a piece of matching blue cardstock. Next she ripped a strip of red cardstock and adhered slightly to the right of the left side of the white embossed panel. The girl is popped up with foam tape for a bit of dimension and adhered to the red strip.
