Our presenter will give everyone a sample of Norwegian Flaky Sea Salt.
Amy Beyer of Salty Provisions by Wanderlust Sea Salt LLC will explain how she and her husband Linn fell in love with the taste and texture of salt from the North Sea and used it on all their favorite foods. She will share how they began adding different infusions to get various flavors. Some interesting names of the salts are Coffee Salt, Double-Onion + Roasted Onion Salt, Nine Pepper Salt, Wanderlust Blend, Thai Chili Lime Salt, Lemon Rosemary Salt, and Hot Salt or Hotter Salt. Amy will have many of their salt products for sale after her talk.
