Why? Sharing the food culture and customs of the Nordic people
What? We will be teaching how to make lefse and a variety of other holiday delights.
When? Saturday, November 1, 2025
Who? Bring multiple generations of your family. Children 9 and over are welcome with an adult.
Cost? $30.00 per person
*Please bring Ziploc® bags to take home samples for your holiday table!
8:30 AM ARRIVAL-Enjoy warm vafler (waffles) to start your day accompanied by your choice of coffee, milk, or juice.
9:00 AM-12 NOON - Move through baking stations to learn the techniques of producing each item
*Make your check payable to: Vennelag, 5-513. Retain the upper portion for your records.
