This Class is for Students who have taken a Beginning Rosemaling Class
2 Day Class –
November 8 (Saturday) and November 9 (Sunday), 2025
9:00 AM – 4PM
Sons of Norway Mandt Lodge - 317 Page Street, Stoughton, Wisconsin 53589.
Class Fees: $125.00 Sons of Norway Members and Seniors (age 55 & over) and $155.00 Non-members (Sons of Norway).
Registration form and payment due October 15, 2025 ($25.00 of this class fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up for class)
Nancy Odalen, VGM will be teaching this class.
This is a class for beginning painters to build upon what they already learned during their first beginning rosemaling class.
The class will be taught in oil. This class will have a project. You can either paint on a backgrounded masonite board or the project piece.
Nancy will have the project piece available in the class for an additional cost.
We ask that you purchase your own brushes and bring your own supplies.
We will send out a supply list on or before October 15th. If you do not wish to purchase your own supplies – Nancy will have supplies available for this Beginning Class and you can purchase them from Nancy at a cost of $20.00. Please let us know at the time of registration what you wish to do.
This will be an interesting, fun, and informative class that will provide you with a firm foundation in the art of Rosemaling. We will be working on board and painting in the style of Romsdal. The cost of this board is TBD.
