Norse Valley Autumn Kick-off featuring Eric Knapp

Our very special autumn kick-off Lodge meeting will feature Erich Knapp and a Scandinavian cooking demonstration so mark your calendars according taking special note of the earlier start time.
Erich has a special menu planned which includes strawberry salad, Norwegian meatballs, open face sandwiches, Limpa Norwegian Rye Bread (donated by Breadsmith), and microwaved rommegrot. Erich will bring copies of recipes.
There will be no charge to attendees but a free will offering to help defray the food cost will be available if attendees are so inclined.
