Our program is “Butter making in Wisconsin” with Gina Mode and Katie Hilty as presenters.
They work for the Center for Dairy research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This is a great presentation...it’s interesting and informative, highlighting one of Wisconsin’s more famous products. And yes, there will be samples of butter to enjoy and to compare the differences between the various butters.
