2015 Barnebirkie Coming Soon

The 2015 Barnebirkie children's ski race in Hayward, Wisconsin is only four weeks away. The Sons of Norway Fifth District is asking for your help with cookie donations, volunteers, and cash donations from your lodge in order to make the 2015 Barnebirkie a successful event. 

If your lodge is donating cookies do not send any cookies with nuts due to children's food allergies. Also on the container that you send the cookies write your lodge and lodge number with the number of dozen cookies you are donating. 2015 Barnebirkie Information

Thursday February 19 at 6 p.m.
    Volunteer Meeting/Dinner at The Ranch Restaurant in Hayward.
    The Ranch Restaurant is east of Hayward on state highway 77, then
    steer left on Ranch Road. At this meeting badges will be handed out    
    and final assignments to the four areas will be made. 

The four areas are: Barnebirkie Registration at the National Guard Armory, Birkie Expo/Sons of Norway Fifth District Information Table at the Hayward High School, the Cookie Tent, and the Barnebirkie Volunteer Reception at the Veterans Community Center. You will pay for your own meal at The Ranch Restaurant.
